The difference is the outcome of time it takes to complete your eviction. Expedited evictions are our most expedient option, averaging three weeks. Standard averages five weeks.

What We Do

As noted in the “Who We Are” section, Superior Evictions is a professional evictions firm.  We provide evictions services for our clients who own real estate anywhere in our service area, which is most of North Texas, and we do it for a fraction of what a real estate attorney would charge to do the same thing.

You see, we are not real estate attorneys or real estate lawyers, because we don’t need to be in order to provide you top-notch evictions services.  The Texas Property Code allows an agent to appear on behalf of an owner in the Justice of the Peace Court in an eviction lawsuit.  So, what we do is to provide our client property owners a means of effectively and affordably evicting unwanted tenants for a fraction of what it would cost them to pay a real estate attorneys to do so.
